Our integrated management system helps us achieve these goals by incorporating health and safety into our daily operations.

Quality policy

Valtrans identifies, establishes, and maintains a set of principles and objectives aimed at ensuring that activities related to the road transport of goods, particularly hazardous materials, are carried out safely and as efficiently as possible in terms of cost, quality, and performance. These principles and objectives are aligned with and reflect the needs, requirements, and expectations of the customer and other relevant stakeholders. On the other hand, the maintenance of Valtrans’ certification, with reference to NP EN ISO 9001, demonstrates top management’s commitment to the continuous improvement of the quality management system and the fulfilment of applicable requirements.

Through the qualification of its people, especially the drivers, and through training, involvement, and teamwork, Valtrans adopts measures aimed at minimising risks and maximising opportunities associated with the transport of hazardous goods. The proper maintenance of its infrastructure, including vehicles, is equally shown to contribute to the safety of the cargo, the driver, and the road.

Certification

Number 2004/CEP.2380 valid until 2023-01-04 // Implemented in the road transport (national and international) of dangerous materials and goods in general, such as: transport of compressed, liquefied under pressure and dissolved, medicinal and industrial; rigid transport primary; traction of cisterns and platforms, complying with the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001:2015.

Valtrans considered the non-applicability of the clause of the Reference Standard 8.3 Design and development as it does not design or develop new services, carrying out the transport in accordance with the requirements and customer requirements. The loading and unloading locations are previously defined, as well as the allocation of the driver and vehicle that follow pre-established requirements. This scope excludes the activity of home treatments.
